Treat what hurts today. Fix what causes it.
Clinical soft-tissue, pain and movement therapy, on-site at the studio in Narre Warren. Massage and exercise together, from a practice that sits inside a coaching gym.
Pain, stiffness, or a stubborn niggle.
Often driven by neck and jaw tension rather than the head itself.
Acute flare-ups and the long-running kind that never quite settles.
Necks, shoulders and hips that have quietly tightened over years at a desk.
Pain that has outlived the original injury and needs a longer plan.
Sprains and strains, from the first week through to returning to training.
Work and sport injuries caused by the same movement done too many times.
One hour. A plan you can actually follow.
Myotherapy inside a coaching gym.
Most myotherapy happens in isolation. You get treated, you feel better for a few days, then you go back to the same loading that caused the problem.
Here the treatment room is twenty steps from the training floor. If you train with us, your coach and your therapist can talk about the same body. If you do not, you still get the benefit of a therapist who thinks in terms of load and movement rather than just tissue.
You do not need to be a member to book.
Before you book.
What does an appointment cost?+
An initial one hour appointment is $120. Payment is taken at the appointment.
Do I need to be a gym member?+
No. Myotherapy is open to anyone. Plenty of clients come in for treatment and never set foot on the training floor.
Can I claim it on private health?+
Yes, and you can claim it here rather than paying up front and waiting. We process private health rebates through the terminal on the spot, so you tap your fund card and pay only the gap. You need extras cover that includes myotherapy, so check your policy if you are not sure.
What is the difference between myotherapy and a massage?+
A remedial massage treats the tissue. Myotherapy assesses why the tissue got that way, treats it, then gives you the exercises to stop it recurring. You should leave with a plan, not just feeling looser.
What should I wear?+
Something you can move in. Shorts and a t-shirt work well, since assessment usually involves moving through a few positions.
Stop working around it. Get it looked at.
Book online in under a minute, or call the studio and we will find you a time.
